The only place this website collects personal information is the tour-request form on our Contact page. When you fill it out, we receive:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your preferred tour date, if you provide one
- Anything you write in the message field
We do not ask for or knowingly collect any information about your child through this website. Information about your child is only ever collected in person, as part of our licensed enrollment process.
How We Use It
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry, schedule your tour, and follow up about enrollment at Aby. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your separate consent.
We Do Not Sell or Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or share the information you submit through this website with any other business, organization, or individual for their own marketing, advertising, or any other purpose. It is used only by Aby Early Learning Center staff, only to communicate with you.
Services We Use to Run This Website
A couple of outside services help this website work. They can see limited technical information as part of providing that service, but they do not receive it for their own use:
- Formspree delivers the Contact form submissions to us by email. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Google Maps is embedded on our Contact page to show our location. Loading it may share standard technical information (like your general location or IP address) with Google, under Google's privacy policy.
Cookies & Tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for parents and guardians researching childcare, not for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children online.
Photos and Videos of Children
Some photos and videos on this website — for example, in our Gallery — may show children enrolled at Aby. We only use a child's photo or video on this website after their parent or guardian has signed our written photo/video consent form as part of enrollment. If you're a parent or guardian and would like a photo or video of your child removed, or would like to update your consent, contact us and we'll take care of it right away.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep the information you submit only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you enroll, as part of our normal business and state licensing records.
Your Choices
You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it.
